“John Howarth delivered MSP and PRINCE2 Executive Briefings and facilitated subsequent planning sessions with the Canberra Grammar School Senior Leadership Team in 2015 and 2016.These were highly positive and engaging sessions and, as a consequence, I felt we were able to work up a very clear and comprehensive approach to the School’s change programmes. John’s insight and support was particularly invaluable, and I think we were all excited by the ideas that he managed to help us draw out.
His delivery was perfectly pitched and his advice was clear and practical. He also gave us a very useful framework for identifying and addressing things that we could do more effectively. It has been particularly good to have a common language.
Like all the best professional learning, it was enjoyable, constructive and immediately applicable. Everyone involved has been positive about the sessions, and what we’ve learnt is already shaping new practices.”

Portfolio Management includes ensuring the organisation invests (and continues to invest) in the ‘right’ initiatives and delivers them the ‘right’ way.
