Our Services for Organisations helps you build the capacity of your organisation.

We can help build you:

  • Build the organisation’s overall program and project management capacity AND/OR
  • Help you fine-tune your organisation’s Enterprise Program and Project Management Framework ​

There are a range of considerations involved. We will discuss all of these with you and create a plan to suit your needs.

Diagnosis

The first step is a diagnosis to identify areas requiring attention and recommend appropriate application of best practice to your initiatives. Different approaches are available:

Best Practice and Framework Comparison

We assess current program and project practices against the key concepts of PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile and MSP.

Simplification Review

Examines current management practices to identify areas that can be simplified – such as governance arrangements, documentation requirements, and approaches to meetings and reports.

Capability Assessment and Plan

Tanner James is a licensed AXELOS P3M3 Consulting Partner. If required, we can undertake a formal Portfolio Management, Programme Management or Project Management Maturity Assessment. We can also help you undertake a self assessment.

Once we have completed the diagnostic activities you require, we can help your organisation create a Capability Improvement Plan to address he findings of the diagnosis and support you as you execute the plan.

Coaching

We offer coaching on-site or virtually. We have found this method to be the most effective way to achieve tangible improvements in program and project management performance.

We sit with your teams to coach them through key processes and program and project management techniques for the initiatives they are currently working on, usually by co-facilitating workshops. This approach enables your teams to apply the knowledge gained in the training with guidance from us. ​

We are not about doing the work for you, instead we would like to help you upskill your teams to build their capacity and expertise.
